Apartment Renovations
Check out the “About Us” section to learn more however since 2005 we have fully renovated over 80 of our own rental units that range from single-families, duplexes, 4-families up to 10, 11, & 16 unit apartment complexes. We perform our renovations with a strict high-quality, low-maintenance objective. During the demo process when we uncover potential future issues (commonly wiring, plumbing, & air gaps to name a few) we don’t cover it up, WE FIX IT!!! Therefore, we maintain happy tenants and have minimal maintenance costs. Although, we still own and manage over 80 units and are always in the market to purchase more (let us know if you have one to sell!). We now offer our renovation services (and some maintenance services) to small or institutional investors.
